Download the Weel app on Android to manage spending, submit reimbursements, and approve expenses on the go.

Before you start
- Your device needs Android 14 or later (minimum SDK 34). On an older version, the app might not install correctly, or the Play Store might show it as incompatible. Check compatibility in How to check if your device supports the Weel mobile app.
- If your device doesn't meet this requirement, you can still use all of Weel's features from the web app at app.letsweel.com.
Steps
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Tap the Search bar.

Search for Weel, then select Weel: Expense Management.
- Or go straight to the Weel app on Google Play.
- Tap Install.
- Authenticate the download with your device's passcode, fingerprint, or face ID if prompted (this is a Google Play Store security step, not something Weel controls).
- Wait for the download to finish.
- Tap Open to launch the app.
What happens next
Once the app opens, log in with your existing Weel account or create a new one. From there, you can submit expenses, capture receipts with your camera, add your card to a mobile wallet (Apple Pay or Google Pay), approve items while you're away from your desk, and receive push notifications directly on your phone.
