Export tax invoices and other receipts for your cleared transactions as a single zip file, directly from the Transactions page.
Before you start
- Use a desktop browser. Bulk exports aren't available in the Weel mobile app.
- You can only export transactions you already have permission to view.
Steps
- Open the Transactions page.
- (Optional) Apply any filters, like date range, card, or transaction status, to narrow what you're exporting. Filters already applied to your transaction table carry through automatically.
- Click Export. This opens the export panel.
-
Tick Export Tax Invoices. Tick Export CSV and/or Export PDF too if you want more than one file in the same run.
- Only cleared or refunded transactions with a receipt already attached are included. Transactions still pending or clearing (typically 3–5 business days) aren't included yet, since their details could still change. Card transactions, bills, and reimbursements are all eligible transaction types. Anything without a receipt is left out automatically.
- Click Export inside the panel to start.
-
Wait for it to finish.
- This runs as a background job, not an instant download. Large exports can take several minutes, and in rare cases close to Weel's internal 25-minute processing limit. You'll see a loading indicator, plus a Cancel Export option if you want to stop it.
- Once ready, the panel shows "X export(s) ready." Click Download X Export(s) to get your file(s) as a single .zip containing the matching receipts and invoices.
What happens next
If none of your matching transactions have a qualifying receipt, the panel shows "No Downloads Available" instead of producing an empty file. Your export only ever reflects what you personally have permission to see in Transactions.
