If your business is undergoing an audit you are likely to require an account confirmation (also known as a cash confirmation) for your Weel account. To request an account confirmation:

Prepare your confirmation document, making sure that it contains the following information:

Business name and ABN

Confirmation date (this is the date the auditor wants to confirm the account balance for)

BSB and Account Number (if supplied)

Email your account confirmation to help@letsweel.com. So we can ensure that your account confirmation is legitimate please ensure that your email includes:

A letter of consent signed by a Weel account admin from your company

The email address of your Weel account admin (you can CC them into the email)

Please allow 5-7 business days for Weel to complete their section of the account confirmation and email it back to you
