Reset the connection between your authenticator app and Weel if you've lost access to the device it's on, as part of two-factor authentication.
Before you start
- You'll still need to be able to sign in and pass verification with your other 2FA method (SMS). If you've lost access to both your phone number and your authenticator app, this article won't help. See How to sign into Weel if you get locked out without a 2FA device instead.
- This assumes you already have an authenticator app connected. If you haven't set one up yet, you'll see an Add authenticator app button instead. See How to add an authenticator app as a verification method.
