If you've set up your authenticator app as an authentication method but no longer have access to the device that has your authenticator app, you can reset your authenticator app's connection to Weel.
To reset your connection between Weel and your authenticator app from the web app:

Open the Weel web app.

Click the Settings cog in the top right-hand corner.

Click Settings

On the Profile screen, click Reset next to the authenticator app panel

Open your preferred authenticator app and scan the QR code on screen

Or click Use setup key and copy and paste the setup key into your authenticator app

Enter the 6-digit code displayed on your authenticator app into the pop-up on screen.

Click Submit
To reset your connection between Weel and your authenticator app from the mobile app:

Open the Weel mobile app

Tap the Menu button in the top left-hand corner

Select Security
-
Select Two-step authentication
-
Your mobile browser will open up. If prompted, log in to Weel.

On the Profile screen, click Reset next to the authenticator app panel

Open your preferred authenticator app and scan the QR code on screen

Or tap Use setup key and copy and paste the setup key into your authenticator app

Enter the 6-digit code displayed on your authenticator app into the pop-up on screen

Tap Submit
You will now be able to resume authenticating with your preferred authenticator app.
