What is the current status of my direct debit?

You can track the progress of your in-flight direct debit in Weel by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click Account balance

  3. Click Direct Debit

  4. Click Direct debit progress

This page shows the stage your most recently triggered direct debit is currently in, the date and time for each event, and the estimated date for when the funds will become available.
