Account Balance: Your Weel account balance is the total funds available for spending by users across all budgets and subscriptions through card payments, bills and reimbursements.
If you notice that the account balance has insufficient funds, please reach out to an Admin user to top-up the account balance.
Available Budget Limit: This is the spending cap within a specific budget, reflecting the allocated funds per budget. Your budget limit draws funds from the overall account balance. Therefore, there must be enough funds in the overall account balance to cover payments made against the available budget limit.

Note: When checking funds in the Weel mobile app, the displayed amount represents your available budget limit, not the entire account balance.
