No, Weel does not support Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) deposits. Please do not use RTGS to fund your account.
If a deposit was made via RTGS, contact Weel support for assistance. We'll need the following to trace and refund the deposit:
- A bank statement from the remitting bank account, clearly showing the BSB, account number, and registered company name.
- Proof of remittance, including trace number.
Please allow up-to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
