This article shows you how to view your card's full number, expiry, and CVC from the Weel web app.
Before you start
This works for your own card only. Admins can't use it to view another team member's full card number or CVC; the admin Cards list only ever shows a masked number for other team members' cards.
Steps
- Log in to the Weel web app and click Cards in the left-hand navigation sidebar.
- Find the card you want to view:
- For a budget or subscription card, scroll through your cards and select the one you want.
- For your primary card, it's shown separately at the top of the page.
- Click See card details (budget or subscription card) or See linked card details (primary card).
- This option is disabled on frozen cards until you unfreeze them.
- Verify your identity with a one-time code sent by SMS or from your authenticator app. Weel asks for this every time you reveal card details, not just the first time.
- View the cardholder name, card number, expiry, and CVC, each with its own copy-to-clipboard icon.
What happens next
Before you use the revealed number for an online payment, check the budget's Available budget limit. The payment will be declined if it goes over what's left.
