The Last Login column on the User Management page shows when someone last signed in to Weel. A dash means there's no login on record, either because the invite hasn't been accepted yet or the account exists but hasn't been used. Knowing which applies means you can tell a genuine access issue from someone who simply hasn't signed in yet.
How It Works
- Pending invite: Rows tagged "Pending invite" show a dash because the person hasn't accepted their invite yet, and the dash stays until they do.
- Named user, no login yet: A dash next to an actual name means the account exists but nobody's signed in to it, on web or mobile, since it was created.
- First sign-in updates it: As soon as someone logs in for the first time, a real date and time replaces the dash.
- Updates hourly, not instantly: Once logged in, Weel refreshes this timestamp at most once an hour, so it can lag actual activity slightly.
- Web app only: The Last Login column is currently only on the web app's User Management page, not in the mobile app.
Good to know
- Find it via the header's Settings menu → User management.
- A dash on its own doesn't mean a broken account, a missing permission, or an invite problem, it's simply the state before someone's first login.
- The hourly lag is just a display delay, it won't make an already-active user's row show a dash again.
