If you're an Admin on two or more Weel businesses, the Multi-entity Dashboard gives you one screen for spend, approvals and payments across every business you administer, instead of switching into each one to check. It's available on every plan. You may see it called Global Overview in older marketing material: inside Weel, it's the Multi-entity Dashboard.
How It Works
- Access it: Click your business name in the top-right of the header and choose Multi-entity Dashboard from the dropdown to see every business you administer at a glance.
- Business spend: See an aggregated spend figure across all the businesses you administer.
- Scheduled payments: View bills and reimbursements due this week and over the next 30 days, across every business.
- Incomplete expenses: See, per business, how many expenses still need receipts or details, split into Yours and All others.
- Pending approvals: See, per business, everything awaiting your approval, including expenses, bills, reimbursements, purchase orders and budget top-up requests, split the same way.
- My businesses: Search every business you belong to and jump straight in, with each one's balance, currency and scheduled-payments total shown.
Good to know
- Not everyone sees it: "Admin" here means Owner, Admin or Accountant by default, the same roles as the Admin Dashboard, and you need that role on at least two businesses. With only one business, or without it on two, you'll use each business's own Dashboard instead.
- Read-only: Selecting anything takes you into that business to act. Nothing can be actioned from the dashboard itself, and the header's account balance is hidden here since there's no single balance to show.
- One currency at a time: AUD and NZD businesses show separately, with a switcher between them, driven by currency rather than country. Businesses on any other currency don't appear here at all.
- Admin businesses only: Only businesses where you're an Admin are included. Businesses you belong to only as a Team Member aren't shown.
- No export: For exportable data, use a business's own Reports page (Premium and Enterprise plans) or its Transactions export (every plan). See An Overview of Reports and Exports in Weel.
- No cross-business transaction detail: For line-by-line transactions or receipts, go into the specific business.
