he date shown for a deposit is when the funds actually become available in your Weel balance, not when they were sent or debited. This keeps your balance activity accurate and makes reconciliation straightforward. Which date you see depends on how the funds arrived: Direct Debit, Direct Transfer, or a held AML/CTF review.
How It Works
- Direct Debit: the date shown is when funds land in your Weel balance, not when your bank account was debited.
- Direct Transfer (including NPP): the date shown is when the funds land in your Weel account.
- AML/CTF reviews: a held transaction shows a pending date (funds received by our provider) and a clearing date (funds settled and released).
- Clear visibility: knowing which date applies to each deposit method makes reconciling your account simple and predictable.
