When funds are added to your Weel account, the date you see reflects when the money becomes available in your Weel balance. This helps ensure your balance activity accurately reflects when funds can actually be used, giving you clearer visibility and easier reconciliation.
Direct Debit
Funds added via Direct Debit will display the date they land in your Weel account balance, regardless of when the funds were debited from your bank account.

Direct Transfer (Including NPP)
Funds transferred via Direct Transfer or NPP will show the date the funds land in your Weel account.
AML/CTF Reviews
If a transaction is held for AML/CTF review; once the funds have been cleared, you will see:
A pending date showing when the funds were first received by our financial services provider; and
A clearing date showing when the funds were fully settled and released to your Weel account.
