Physical cards let your team pay in person while you stay in control of spend. Ordering, replacing, or bulk-issuing a card carries one flat fee, with no variation across Weel plans. This article covers what that fee is, when it applies, and where physical cards are currently available.
How It Works
- Card fee: $15 + GST per card ($16.50 AUD, GST-inclusive), the same across the Basic, Premium, and Enterprise plans.
- Replacements: If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, the replacement costs the same $15 + GST fee.
- Bulk ordering: Still $15 + GST per card, and only cards that are successfully issued are charged. See How to bulk order physical cards.
- Availability: Physical cards are currently issued to Australian Weel accounts only; New Zealand accounts can't order one yet.
