Understand what kind of error is happening:

If the Point-of-Sale machine is showing ‘Account Balance Error’ or ‘Invalid amount’
- Check your budget has enough funds. If your budget has enough funds, please contact the admin on your account as most likely there may have been a block placed onto your account by your admin.

If the Point-of-Sale machine is showing ‘Invalid Merchant’ or ‘Merchant Block’:
- Please reach out to our friendly support team.
For online payments:
If you are unable to make a payment online or over the phone, please check:
- There are sufficient funds available on your budget limit (open the mobile app and check your available limit)
- You are using the right card number, expiry and CVC
- Your transaction is less than $25,000
- You have made less than 25 transactions in the last 24 hours
My card’s just not working
- You have selected a budget in the Weel mobile app and tapped Use budget in Apple Pay or Use budget in Google Pay
- There are sufficient funds available on your budget limit (open the mobile app and check your available budget limit)
- You are trying to pay from Apple Pay or Google Pay (you cannot pay in-store from the Weel mobile app)
- You are holding the back of your phone against the POS terminal
- You are holding your phone steady and not moving away from the terminal until your payment is registered
- You have removed your bulky phone cover (bulky phone covers can interrupt transactions at times)
- You are selecting credit as your payment method
- You have selected the right virtual card if you have multiple cards in Apple Pay or Google Pay
