To reset a PIN number:
- Open the Weel mobile app
- Open the Card tab
- Tap the Settings (Cog icon) button in the top right-hand corner
- Tap Set PIN
- Enter a 4-digit PIN (this is the PIN you will use at the POS terminal when prompted)
- Confirm your new 4-digit PIN
- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone via SMS (the SMS will be sent to the phone number you initially set-up with Weel)
- Click Done on the confirmation screen
If the phone number you are trying to receive the verification code on is out-of-date you will need to update it. To update your phone number:
- Tap the Menu button in the top-left corner
- Tap Profile
- Tap Edit in the top-right corner
- Enter your new mobile phone number
- Click Save
